How donations work

There are three ways to make a donation to Solly’s Way:
You can donate directly to Solly’s Way Foundation through our donation button on our website.
Sponsor a Solly’s Way fundraising event. There are three levels to sponsorship, learn more about sponsorship here. (can we link a sponsorship page with info once we get it).
Join us at our fundraising events! Your attendance, and support, allows Solly’s Way to continue to help students in the community.

Each year, after receiving applications and referrals, Solly’s Way Foundation’s executive board members will select scholarship recipients. Scholarships are then personally granted to recipients by the DeLaurentis family and board members.

On average, a student will pay $1,240 on textbooks, $4,500 for meal plans and $10,000 for housing per year. Solly’s Way Foundation provides scholarships that help to ease the financial stress that makes higher education seem out of reach. We continue to stay in touch with many of our recipients, and have loved seeing them grow over the years. Scholarship amounts change year by year, based on donations.
